One Year Laptop Warranty

Optional Extended Warranty Description, Cost, and Terms
Our warranty covers mechanical and electrical failures that occur during normal use. You get 100%
Parts & Labor coverage with zero deductibles. This coverage begins the 31st day of ownership, and
extends for the remainder of the first year of ownership.
What is covered:
 Motherboard failure
Symptoms: Won't turn on or charge.
 Hard drive failure
Symptoms: Turns on but OS will not load. Freezes or Extremely slow.
LCD burn out
Symptoms: Very dim or partly dark / lines through screen.
 LCD cable losing connection
Symptoms: Turns on but screen dark.
 Broken circuit board connection
Symptoms: Entire sections of keyboard won't work or Won't turn on.
 Optical drive failure
Symptoms: DVD/CD optical drive fails to read media
What is NOT covered:
Liquid spill damage
Damage from dropping or abuse
Software related problems
Battery life

HOW THE COVERAGE WORKS:
If your computer is exhibiting any of the symptoms listed above or anything else that keeps you from
using your laptop, you simply call or email us. We will contact you and determine if it is necessary to
send us the computer. If we need to see the computer, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label.
You will safely package the laptop for shipping and deliver it to FedEx for delivery. We will either
repair or replace the laptop within 2-5 days of receipt, and ship it back to you.. If repair or replacement
is not possible or practical, we will reimburse you the computer's purchase price. If we decide a
reimbursement is most practical, it will be sent within 2-5 days of receipt of the laptop.

The total value of your warranty is equal to the purchase price of your item. The total value of your
coverage is reduced by the cost of any covered repair services we provide. In the event a valid claim
is filed with us and repair costs are estimated to exceed the current value of your warranty - the
remaining balance of your warranty value will be paid instead.
This warranty only covers work performed by us. We will not pay for unauthorized service by the
buyer or by a third party. Any unauthorized repair attempts will invalidate this warranty.
